PAID RETURN POLICY
At Safaa.ae, we want you to be satisfied on every purchase you are placing. If you’re unhappy with your order, we are giving you the chance to return your product. To be eligible for a full refund:
- - Your item/items must be sealed, unused along with the original tag and in the same condition that you received it with it’s original box if have.
- - Return request shall be placed within 2 business days after the delivery.
- - AED 50 will be applied on this service.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
- Monetary refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases are not accepted. Orders can only be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fees procedures if applicable.
- All Credit Card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
- Refunds in store credit can be processed within 5 business days, once item is returned to our facility, and credit will appear in customer’s account within 24 hours.
- Credit cards refund can be processed within 5 business days, once item is returned to our facility, but it might take up to 14 days for the refund to show up on credit card statement, depending on customer’s bank.
For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded: swimwear, goggles, sports bras, socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Customer should send an email to Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or in WhatsApp +971505754204 and provide the order number and the items he/she wishes to return, within 2 business days from date of delivery.
- Customer should provide an image for the item showing its condition and the original tag/box.
- If the item meets the requirements, support team will request our courier to pick up the item from the customer. Once item has been returned, refund/store credit will be issued.
- Items must be returned within 3 business days after the requested date. Any returns requested after the mentioned period, will not be accepted.
- Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges for the return. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.
- All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged/incorrect item, then please send an email to the Customer Support team at email@example.com or in WhatsApp +971505754204 to do the needful, within 48 hours of receiving and they will revert you back within 2 business days.
- Our Customer Support team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/store credit.
